As Hire Controller, your duties will include dealing with customer enquiries both on the telephone and in the showroom. You will need to ensure that hire and sales enquiries are being processed efficiently and that all relevant paperwork is being processed correctly. You will need to use your initiative and imagination at all times and be aware of your role in the depots overall sales effort.
