Charles Wilson Engineers Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the hire desk in our successful depot based in Milton Keynes.
Be the customer’s first point of contact and work with a great hire desk team.
The successful applicant would benefit from a “can do” personality, have excellent attention to detail along with the ability to work well under pressure, often in time critical situations, and enjoy taking ownership of their work and decisions. It is essential that all applicants have strong organisational and communication skills to be able to work well in a team environment.
Your duties will include dealing with customer enquiries both on the telephone and in the showroom. You will need to ensure that hire and sales enquiries are being processed efficiently and that all relevant paperwork is being processed correctly. You will need to use your initiative and imagination at all times and be aware of your role in the depot’s overall sales effort. Hire controller
No previous experience is necessary for this role as full training will be provided.
