CW Event Hire is back at The Showman’s Show, the longest-running trade exhibition for the outdoor event and festival industry. We’re bringing more than 60 years of experience supporting event teams.

Our modern fleet includes telehandlers, 360-degree rotating telehandlers, rough-terrain forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, enabling event teams to reach, lift, and have the flexibility they need. Telehandlers run from 4 to 26 metres, boom lifts from 11 to 44 metres, and scissor lifts from 5 to 22 metres. With electric and diesel access equipment available, we can help you choose equipment suited to your venue, ground conditions, space availability and working requirements.

Reliable temporary power keeps an event running smoothly. Through CW Instant Power, you can hire generators and battery power packs, with advice on the right setup for your event.
From powering lighting and catering areas to supporting wider site operations, the team on stand 214 can talk through power demand, operating hours and where battery solutions could fit in.
Our wider event hire range also includes tower lights, fuel tanks, trackway, temporary fencing, crowd barriers, traffic management, site accommodation, heating and air conditioning, so you can coordinate the equipment and services needed across your whole site.
