We are looking for a proactive and customer-driven Hire Manager to lead our busy hire desk and support our expanding client base. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, handling hire enquiries via phone and email and ensuring every client receives an exceptional service experience.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and respond to all hire enquiries promptly and professionally
- Work closely with our Hire Negotiators, offering guidance and support
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending the right equipment
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end hire process, converting enquiries into confirmed orders
- Maintain our reputation for delivering outstanding service within the plant hire industry
