As Regional Manager (North), you will be responsible for the overseeing of the Depot Managers making sure all processes and procedures are adhered to.
You should be a well-motivated individual with good problem-solving skills capable of managing, developing and motivating the depot team. You will also be responsible for developing and working to budgets and co-ordinating the depots sales activities.
A proven track record of multi-site management is desired but not essential, a strong H&S focus is essential and holding an IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
